- We will then sort through the flood of resumés to select the required number of applicants to interview.
- These candidates will then be interviewed by us, using our previously prepared list of tactical personnel interview questions, and also for technical aspects of the job.
- From all of the interviewed candidates, a short list will be provided to you along with their resumés, a summary report indicating objective evidence from the interview, and results of any background checks performed on your behalf.
- If you wish, we can also take care of the necessary payroll deductions such as: Employment Insurance, CPP, WCB, and Federal and Provincial Taxes.
Finally, we provide follow-up evaluations both with the new employee and employer to:
- ensure that both the new employee and employer are a good match;
- address any potential or future shortcomings; and
- gain feedback on the selection process, for future hires.
